The Kamenskiy Oil Refinery is located in the village of Chistoozerny in the Kamensky District of the Rostov Region. Founded in 2011, this young enterprise specializes in the reception, storage, and processing of crude oil.

The plant operates a medium-capacity production facility for light petroleum products and a dedicated complex for the production of construction and road bitumen. The primary technology is primary processing — distillation with separation into fractions.

The facility is fully equipped with all necessary process units, including laboratories for finished product quality control, allowing it to produce petroleum products that meet all regulatory standards. The company also provides logistics services for the transportation of petroleum products within Russia and internationally.

The enterprise has all types of spherical and cylindrical storage facilities with standard transport and warehouse capabilities, serving a private B2B logistical network.

The railway overpass is equipped with tanks, a pumping station, and a loading platform for efficient rail shipment of petroleum products.

Production spans the full primary-refining slate across Refined Products & Fuels, LPG & Gases, Petrochemical Feedstocks, and By-Products & Derivatives.
